From 2019 to 2021, he was a guest lecturer at the same University. From 2019-2021, he was a Guest-Lecturer in the Department of Computing Information System at the University of Lays Adventist of Kigali (UNILAK) and an external examiner at the University of Kigali. From 2012 to 2021, a Lecturer, Software Developer, and Network Administrator at the University of Gitwe. From 2015 to 2021, Software Developer and Network Administrator at the Gitwe Hospital.  From 2007 to 2008 he was Guest Teacher at College Adventiste de Gitwe (CAG), a  Tutorial-Lecturer at Gitwe Higher Institute of   Education   (GHIE), and a trainer on Database Administration for College Adventist de Gitwe’s staff.  From 2003-2008 he served as an IT Manager at Gitwe Higher Institute of Education (GHIE) and from 2002-2008, he was a Teacher at Ecole Secondaire de L’Association des Parents Adventistes de Gitwe (ESAPAG). His research interests span both computer programming and networking. Much of his work has been on improving the understanding, design, and performance of Mobile Ad Hoc networks, mainly through the application of network programming, statistics, and performance evaluation. He has worked on characterizing the Quality of Service of this type of Wireless network. He has explored the presence and implications of Quality of Service and heavy-tailed distributions in network traffic workloads. He has also investigated the implications of clustering for the design of scalable and cost-effective Mobile Ad hoc networks. In the Educational science arena, he has made numerous contributions to educational technology in practice research and practical case studies. He is an active researcher and has published numerous paper various international peer-review papers. From 2019-2022, he is a reviewer of Elsevier Journal: Engineering Science and Technology, an International Journal (JESTECH), and currently, a member of the East African Journal of Science Technology and Innovation (EAJSTI) Review Board since 2022. Moreover, he has recently appeared among the Top 200 Rwandan Scientists I AD Scientific Index 2022 Version 2. As a highly skilled computer programmer and an active researcher, he is passionate about Research and implementation aspects of computer programs and Mobile Networks and wireless communications systems, network protocols, and theoretical and practical aspects of distributed algorithms.
