BACHELOR OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
The Bachelor of Hotel and Restaurant Management is a three-year degree program that equips students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to provide quality service in the hospitality industry. It contains subjects that will address the needs of different sectors in the hospitality industry such as culinary, front office, hotel operations and event management. In this program the students are given the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in an actual work setting. The program also helps students to develop practical, effective communication and interpersonal skills which are essential in establishing positive customer relations.
To be admitted to the first year of a Degree Program, the applicant must comply with REB Admission requirements, and must scored at least 2 principal passes.
